MEMBERSHIPS:

Gym – Cardio & Weights Room  Top of the range, Brand new, Life Fitness machines for your cardio workouts and Peak Body weight training machines for toning and strength exercises.

Fitness classes will be one hour long.  The type of fitness we do will vary from day to day. They will include high and low impact classes. Including boxercise, kettelebells, circuit training, aerobic movements and cardiovascular workouts. Fun and rewarding. Kickboxing will be showing you how to kick and lunch using focus pads and bags (no sparring)

Mini Machines classes, 4yrs to 12yrs old will be one hour of Kickboxing twice a week and Mixed Martial Arts twice a week and once a week would be a fitness class. Kickboxing includes bag work & pad work, foot work, head movement and fitness. All disciplines will be in a controlled and safe manner. No head shots will ever be used in Mini Machine training. Great for discipline, self control, team building, fitness and sense of well being. Jiu Jitsu is grappling submissions. Learn locks, chokes, wrestling and how to defend from an attacker.

Kickboxing & Jiu jitsu classes, 12 years and over will be one hour long of BJJ, MMA, Thai and Kickboxing technique. Train with your partner and learn all the skills of MMA, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo and much more. All disciplines will be executed in a safe and controlled manner. Safety is paramount to all Team Machine students. You don’t have to be a fighter to train with Team Machine. You can learn the skill as a hobby or move on to become a fighter.

Weight Training classes are fantastic for fitness and strength. Anyone welcome.

OPEN MAT  whenever the gym mats are not in use for a class, use them yourself for £5. Grapple, box, use the cage, hit the pads or just drill technique. no instructors, just you having fun with the equipment.

Kids Private one to one sessions- We have a great fitness coach, has a great knowledge in weight loss, strength and conditioning & fitness. Vast experience in diet and nutrition. Available for personal training on a one to one basis or as a group.

Pay As You Go – Adult & Kids £5 per class

Mini Machine Unlimited classes £40 month

Adult Unlimited classes £50 month
